产品简介Product Introduction
西林瓶洗烘灌封联动线主要用于西林瓶灌装的冻干粉针、水针产品的洗瓶、烘干灭菌、灌装加塞和轧盖。该联动线由KQCL系列西林瓶立式超声波清洗机、MRSJ系列隧道式灭菌烘箱、KGS系列西林瓶灌装加塞机、KZG系列西林瓶轧盖机四台单机组成。每台可独立运行，也可联动生产,联动生产时完成二十多道工序。
Vials Washing, Drying, Filling and sealing line is mainly used for washing, drying and sterilizing, filling and stoppering and capping of freeze-dried powder, liquid injection products pushed in vials. This line is composed of four single machines namely KQCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, MRSJ series tunnel type sterilization oven, KGS series vial filling and stoppering machine, KZG series vial capping machine. Each single machine can work independently or be combined together to use, more than 20 procedures can be completed during combined production process.

立式超声波洗瓶机采用先超声波粗洗后喷针精洗的原理,精洗过程包括喷针插入瓶内进行非接触式三水三气交替冲洗;不同清洗介质均使用独立的喷针，避免交叉污染;转盘式运瓶方式保证清洗过程的透明可视，方便观测。
Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine adopts the washing principle of ultrasonic rough wash first and then needle WFI wash, in process of WFI wash, the needles will insert inside of the vial to do non-contact wash alternately by water and air each for three times; Different wash mediums all use independent needles to avoid cross contamination; Turntable bottle conveying method ensures that the washing process is transparent and visual, convenient for observation.
