多模连续式BFS是尊龙凯时全新研发的一款高产能、高材料利用率的塑料瓶吹灌封一体机。本机型继承了连续式BFS的材料利用率高、无菌安全性好、产品残氧率低等优点。在此设备单一工位就可以实现制瓶、灌装、封口操作,生产过程无切刀切断管坯步骤,设备可以实现产品废料的分离、产品的分装以及产品和废料的输送操作。
Multi-mold continuous BFS is a new plastic bottle blowing, filling and sealing machine with high productivity and high material utilization rate developed by Shinva. This model inherits the advantages of continuous BFS, such as high material utilization rate, good aseptic safety and low residual oxygen rate. The single station of this equipment can realize the bottle making, filling and sealing operations. There is no cutter to cut off the tube blank in the production process. The equipment can realize the separation of product waste, the sub packaging of products, and the transportation of products and waste materials.
